We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. That's for sure. Certainly, if you receive broken or defective products in your shipment, then we will make that right. But also, you may just decide that it is not right for you - maybe not the right color or size. We want to help you here as well.
On the other hand, we are a boutique store with changing inventory, so unfortunately, we can't offer an unlimited refund policy.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- does not show signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- must not be a special order or a custom order
If the item you are returning is not damaged or defective and you are returning for other reasons, then you are responsible for the shipping expense of returning it.
If an item is received damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will take care of the shipping expense to return that to us, and we will make the situation right by replacing the product, issuing a refund or a store credit. Your choice. Just remember that if we no longer carry the item or if we are out of stock, we may not be able to offer the option of replacing the product.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must first contact us prior to shipping it back.
